1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Training Journal application ("App"), website, or services provided by Sanabul ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
• Users Under 13: The App is intended for use by children under 13 only with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents must create and manage accounts for users under 13.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Medical Disclaimer (Important)

Training Journal is not a medical device. The App, including AI-generated insights, metrics tracking, and voice assistant suggestions, is for informational and recreational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician before starting any new training or nutrition program.

4. AI and Voice Features

• AI Accuracy: Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate summaries, insights, and transcriptions. AI can make mistakes. You acknowledge that insights may not always be accurate or applicable to your specific situation.
• Voice Data: By using the Voice Assistant, you consent to the processing of your audio data to generate text entries.

5. User Content & Social Features

• Ownership: You retain ownership of the text, photos, and voice data ("User Content") you post.
• License: By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your post in the Feed if you mark it "Public").
• Public vs. Private: You control your privacy settings. Content marked "Private" will not be visible to other users. Content marked "Public" may be viewed, liked, and shared by the community.
• Prohibited Content: You may not post violent, hateful, nude, or illegal content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. Payments are processed via third-party providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe).
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective App Store.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanabul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the service; (b) any injury or physical damage sustained while training.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
